The president of Venture Homes has been building fine homes in the Des Moines area since 1966 and is committed to building a quality constructed, yet affordable home. That means we have been around for a long time and we will be here for a long time to come. It also means we have learned a lot about construction, so that we can pass the savings on to our customers. Don't misunderstand though, our houses aren't perfect as there is no such thing, but we  are committed to providing a quality product using our current construction methods (industry standards) and current city codes. Some may say that building a home is not for everyone, but we feel everyone should try it at least once. While building may be frustrating for some, most find it a very rewarding experience knowing they personally took part in the planning of their new home.
